John Baldwin, President of Vision Almet since 2003 and a Chartered Accountant, brings a great deal of business and management experience to the Company. John is responsible for the Company's quality product standards and successful client delivery.
Prior to joining Vision Almet, John was an external financial advisor to the Company and also ran a successful accounting and consulting business for 10 years. John has a solid history in implementing business strategies, policies and procedures in small to medium sized companies.

Paul Burka, Vice President & General Manager, has been involved in the miscellaneous metals business for over 25 years and is one of the founders of Vision Almet. Paul has worked in all facets of the business. Prior to becoming General Manager, Paul oversaw fabrication and procurement, worked as an outside erector and ran the erection department. Paul's product knowledge gives Vision Almet a technical advantage over many of its competitors.
